Do we ship internationally?

Due to shipping limitations related to COVID-19, we are only shipping to customers located in North America. This will change very soon so subscribe to our email newsletter to stay in the know of when we begin shipping worldwide.

When will my order ship?

For items that are not custom, please allow 1 to 2 business (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing time.

Custom items may take up to 30 days for processing.

*Delays may occur around promotional sales events and the holidays.

How long is shipping?

Standard domestic delivery (in the USA) usually takes between 3-7 business days.

Priority domestic delivery requires normal processing times but will take 2-3 business days for delivery.

International delivery usually takes between 5-15 business days. *Delays may occur with shipping. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees.

My tracking hasn't updated?

Please allow about 24-72 hours for tracking to update. If tracking is still unavailable, please contact us for further assistance at info@elizabethsamuelbedding.com

My item arrived damaged. What now?

In the rare event that your order unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Please attach a photo of the damaged item. A reshipment or store credit may be issued for the damaged item. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to Covid-19, all sales are final; We are currently not accepting returns. If there are any issues with your order, such as damages, please contact us we are more than happy to help!

How do I care for my Bed Sheet Set?

Machine wash in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Iron as necessary.
